Confirmation

Please note that the design stage will not proceed until we have received your deposit. Once you have approved the final design and the remaining balance has been paid, your invitations will then be sent to print.

Artwork

Please double check all details, wording and spelling is correct on your final digital mock up. Once your invitations have been sent to the printers, we can not make changes. If there is an error with the wording or design of your invitations, that the client approved, they are responsible for the reprint.

Screen vs print

Please note that colours may appear differently on screen to the finished printed product. We do try to display our colours as accurately as possible, however colours may vary from screen to screen.

Publication

Wild Wonder has the right to post your stationery and signage on our social media and website. We always make sure no personal information is displayed such as phone numbers, email addresses or postal addresses.

Copyright

All artwork, images and proofs produced are the sole property of Wild Wonder Design Co unless otherwise stated. Under no circumstances can the work be used, reproduced or imitated in any way.

Privacy

Any personal details you provide to us will not be disclosed, sold or rented to any individual or entity outside of Wild Wonder Design Co. All personal information collected by us is used only for processing orders, sending artwork designs or notifying customers of sales and new products.

 

Security

We do not collect or record any credit/debit card details you may provide when purchasing products from our online store. 

 

Pricing

All pricing is in Australian Dollars (AUD).

Shipping

We do not ship our large signage internationally. Australia wide shipping only. However our invitations can be shipped overseas.

All orders are shipped with Australia Post with standard delivery. Express shipping is available for an extra cost. It is the customers responsibility to provide us with the correct shipping address. Once your order has been shipped, you will be sent the tracking information. We take care in packaging our products, however we have no control over the parcel once it has been shipped. Please note that we are not liable for any delays, damaged or losses caused during transit.

 

Refunds and Returns

Due to the custom nature of our services, we do not accept returns or refunds as a result of ‘change of mind’. It is the buyers responsibility to understand the product they are purchasing. Please carefully read our listing descriptions before purchasing from our store. 

For custom stationery, you will have the opportunity to confirm wording/content when the digital proofs are sent through. Please carefully ensure all information is correct before finalising payment.

If there is an error on our end, please get in touch asap to discuss a reprint. If there is an error with the wording/design that was approved by the client, the client is responsible for the cost of the reprint.
