Order Process

Step 1. Quote

If you would love to work with us to create your dream invitations, fill out our enquiry form and enter as much details as possible and include any inspiration images. We will respond via email as soon as possible with an estimated quote. If you are happy with the quote, we require a 50% deposit before we can commence any design work.

Step 2. Design

Now comes the fun part, designing your stationery and signage! We will work together to design the perfect pieces for your big day. You will receive digital mockups of your design throughout the process for you to review, give any feedback and make necessary changes to make sure it’s perfect before we send it to print.

Step 3. Printing

Once you are completely happy with your stationery, we will send the files to print. We will also send through your final 50% remaining invoice. Production time can vary depending on the printing method e.g. digital printing: 5-6 business days + shipping and letterpress/foil printing: 14 business days + shipping. This does not include the design process.

Step 4. Delivery

Your stationery will be carefully checked over to make sure everything is perfect before packaging it together. You can either pick up your stationery from Cooranbong NSW or we can organise shipping straight to you. We ship our stationery with Australia Post with regular or express post.
